Celebrating 25 years of Rock and Roll history, the Madison Square Garden hosted a four hour event with a large lineup of celebrities including Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, John Fogerty, Darlene Love, Tom Morello, Sam Moore, Paul Simon, Jerry Lee Lewis and many more. Each performing some of their own songs as well as music that has inspired them over the years.

Among the notable performances were Springsteen and Fogerty paying tribute to Roy Orbison by singing Orbison's "Oh, Pretty Woman." Springsteen who says he wouldn't have had the courage to attempt it on his own, "Me and John will take a stab".
