On July 30, Blues legend Buddy Guy turned 74 years old. Buddy, of course, has been a major figure in the blues since his youth in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, recording classic songs and influencing virtually all guitarists in the blues, jazz and rock fields. 1991's Grammy winning classic "Damn Right I've Got The Blues" kicked off a successful relationship with Jive/Silvertone that continues to this day: here's a sweet image from around the time of that masterpiece.
