Description
With the aftershock of Randy Rhoads's death still reverberating, Ozzy
recruited LA-based guitarist Jake E Lee and attempted to pull himself together
to write and record this third studio album. "It was tough because my dreams had
been shattered," states Ozzy, reflecting on Randy's tragic death in a senseless plane
accident. Never the less, Ozzy persevered, bursting into the studio with his new line-up.
Released in 1983, 'Bark At The Moon' seemed to encapsulate the madness of King Ozz
perfectly. As another multi-platinum album, the results bark for themselves.
