There's still a lot unaccounted for, specifically from the first three records, but between the two collections you would be hard pressed to find a better complete anthology without resorting to a box set like 1990s Afterglow. The obvious hits like "Do Ya," "Calling America," "Twilight," and "Can't Get It out of My Head" are great, but it's the deeper cuts such as "Starlight," "Eldorado," "Secret Messages," and the impossibly dark and catchy "Surrender" that make this second volume of ELO confections so tasty. ~ James Christopher Monger, All Music Guide
